Training Program: running, kicking, throwing, catching, stopping, running with the ball, body coordination



Level: Recreational
Age Group: 16-18 years
Min/Max Students: 6/10
Total Sessions: 6 (additional sessions available upon request)
Training Duration: 2 x 2 hr
Training Time: Wednesday at 8 pm and Sunday at 9 am
